Plant Manager
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at our Waterway Plant located in Riverdale, IL. This leadership role is responsible for driving productivity, quality, safety, environmental sustainability, and cost-efficiency. This role ensures compliance with Safety, Environmental, Quality, and GMP standards while leading continuous improvement efforts. Keys to success in this role include motivating staff, collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
