Innophos Recruitment Fraud Notice
Recruitment fraud is a scam where individuals impersonate professional recruiters, offering fake job opportunities to job seekers with the intention of stealing their personal information or money by requesting payments or sensitive details in exchange for a non-existent position.

Innophos recruitment practices
· All available open positions will be posted on Innophos’ official careers page
· Innophos recruiters may contact you via email, a phone call, LinkedIn, or Indeed
· Innophos only sends emails from the @innophos.com domain. Recruiters or hiring managers will never use their personal email address for communication e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
· Innophos conducts interviews via phone, Microsoft Teams or in-person
· Before receiving a job offer, each candidate will go through a multi-step interview process and meet with a least 1 interviewer in-person or via a Microsoft Teams video
· Innophos will never ask a candidate for payment of any kind as part of the hiring or onboarding process. We will also never send a check prior to starting employment.
· Innophos will not ask for any personal or private information until after an offer is accepted.
· Once an offer is accepted, new hires will work with a member of our recruitment team to provide personal/private information through our secure third-party HR system providers
If you suspect fraud
If you suspect recruitment fraud, do not provide sensitive personal information and do not communicate further with the imposter recruiter. The Federal Trade Commission provides guidance on avoiding and reporting scams at: https://consumer.ftc.gov/scams. If you have concerns related to these issues, please consider the following actions:
1) File a report with your local police department;
2) File a complaint with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center:
https://www.ic3.gov/; and/or
3) File a complaint with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
